My wife received an antique lamp from her mother. I wanted to have it repaired for her for Christmas. I looked high and low and finally found aspen repair, Chris McLaughlin was able to repair the lamp using the rebuilt original parts and even built one piece to fit. I was able to have this done before x-mas.While at his store I also purchased a good quality vacuum that perfectly fit our needs, and I know for sure Chris can fix just about anything.

The man kept my vacuum for six months and I became frustrated, so I called Aspen Repair and they told me it was trash and to throw it away. I then called the corporate service center and spoke with a technician. He explained what the problem likely was and advised me to send it directly to the corporate office. I called the service center back and spoke w/ someone from Aspen again. They confirmed it was the power board and said I could pick it up shortly. Now it's June and my vacuum still hasn't been repaired; therefore, I haven't been able to pick it up.
