Vacuums R Us

I brought the Oreck vacuum back but could not find the receipt. The sales person helped insure that I got my refund even in the absence of the original receipt. I would recommend Vacuums R Us for repairs, expertise, sales and fairness. I was very pleased with the outcome of my interactions with them.

I had an antique table lamp of great sentimental value that needed repair but the local well known lamp retail store said that they did not do repairs but sent their customers to Vacuums R Us. I was a bit apprehensive about taking my heirloom lamp to a vacuum sales and service company but after doing some research found out that they had years of experience in repairing lamps as well as vacuums. My lamp repair was done in a timely manner and the lamp is actually in better shape now than when I bought it! The folks at Vacuums R Us provided excellent customer service with a personal touch and completed the job in the time period promised. And yes, I will be buying my next vacuum here too!

We worked with Josh. He got me a new Orick. I took that one home, and it immediately plugged up as well. Apparently it was because of the amount of fuzz in our carpet. We went back to the shop and Josh gave us use of a commercial vacuum cleaner so that we could get all of the fuzz out of the carpet. They went above and beyond. I took the commercial cleaner back after removing all of the fuzz, and then they gave me a new vacuum. They also rewired a lamp for us. They did an excellent job with both projects.
