Steve and I communicated by email and then he had his tech come out to look in person. Steve had recommended I consider having the older valves replaced at the same time. When the tech came out he said he could complete the work that same day (other companies had said 1-4 weeks later), and also recommended we consider replacing the valves. The added cost for the valve replacement was so reasonable that we almost could not have done it ourselves for the price. The tech went to buy the parts and returned later that morning and completed the job quickly. Very happy with the service and the price.

We've used TLC Land Care for about 4 years.  Always very professional, on-time and will help out last minute (when you forget to blow out your sprinklers when the freezing weather comes).  They actually have a great website to request service and make payments and Steve always sends out a reminder newsletter when that time of year comes to blow out your sprinklers or aerate your lawn.
