 + -1 moreThey took 6 hours to do the initial diagnosis, and even then I had to call to get status. They had a bad attitude from the start. They apologized every time they made a mistake, but never stopped making mistakes. They to us the repair would be one day and didnt get done in 2. They forgot to send it to the alignment shop until we reminded them. They promised me at 3:15 that the car would be here at 5:00. We arrived at 5:15 to hear more excuses on why the car was not here. I would not recommend this shop. They may do decent work but their attitude and professionalism in how they treat people leads me to believe they should not be dealing with the public.
Description of Work: The repair asked for was an alignment. We knew other parts might be needed as the car is 11 years old.

 + -1 moreI feel they are very honest. Prices seemed to be reasonable. This last trip that I made down there took a little longer than I anticipated to get my car back. But I think that may be because he had one of his key people away on a honeymoon and may have been a little short handed. They were very thorough and did an overall inspection, and recommended some other periodic maintenance items that might want to be addressed. This is not the first time I've had my car with them. I had my car there one other time and I had an intermittent problem that eventually went away on it's own that they were unable to diagnose, but they test drove the car 8 or 9 times and charged me around $100 for test driving. I think the price was reasonable given the amount of diagnostic time they put into it. The car just wouldn?t reproduce the recurring condition during the time they had it.
Description of Work: My car's undercarriage was making noises. We figured it was a torsion or stabilizer bar had broken. We took the car in to be looked at. It turned out that stabilizer bars in the back had cracked. They fixed and repaired the stabilizer bars. The car runs fine now the cost was approximately $200. They also noted at the time, the antifreeze level sensor was broken and recommended fixing that, sense a leak could ruin the engine fairly quickly. They installed the part, parts and labor was approximately $175.
