He was recommended by the plumbing service I used (another highly-rated firm on Angie's List), so I knew I couldn't go wrong. I called him in the morning and left a message on his voicemail. He returned my call within a few hours, and was able to come to my house the same afternoon. He quickly analyzed the situation, performed a few tests with my assistance, found the appropriate cleanout access, and cleaned the line. He also suggested I have the service done annually, since it appeared that the problem was due to tree roots in the line.
