Summit has been in business for 13 years. We do residential and commercial work locally and nationally. We currently have 15 employees in our Denver office. We do 95% of work in house with out sub contracting. We work with homeowners and insurance companies alike in regards to billing procedures.

The company did not finish the job they started two years ago. They never addressed issues in the city plumbing inspection and never got a required heating inspection. They have left one bathroom tub unfinished, the plumbing has developed multiple leaks and the kitchen sink which never froze in 10 years now freezes when the temperature gets below 20 degrees. The siding is buckling, there's an opening between the front of the house and the front porch that leads to the crawl space, the drain spout was run across the sidewalk in front of the house so people have step over to reach the front door. There are too many problems with their work to name them all. They have refused multiple requests to address the issues. I would not recommend them.

This is the third time that we've used Summit. They were very prompt, professional, and the job was outstandingly performed. The first time that they came by, they spent several hours trying to find what we perceived the issue to be...Mold issue in the attic. Since they couldn't find any, there was no charge for all that work evaluating. We highly recommend them
