Wow...this team has it together! I called on Tuesday and they had several time slots available later that same week while all their competitors were scheduling 1-2 weeks out. When Mark arrived, before driving his stump grinder across the yard, he put down plywood so as not to damage the grass. They were half the price of many others and Nanette is a sweet-heart on the phone -- answering all my questions and scheduling the job. Don't waste time calling anyone else.

If I could give this company an A++++ I would! I called on a Wednesday afternoon, they were out in 30 minutes to look at tree stumps. Gave a good bid and removed the stumps the next morning. One root was going into our neighbor's brick driveway and they were very careful to communicate how this would affect the brick. After talking to our neighbors, we moved forward with removal.

Mark, owner of Stump Thumpers, arrived as scheduled and removed a recently cut blue spruce stump and an ash tree stump that had been cut a few years ago. His bid was very reasonable. Mark was very careful during the removals, aware of the surrounding bushes and sprinkler system. He removed some of the resulting wood chips but left enough to fill the holes made from the stump removals. He and his helper raked the area and left it in smooth. I would definitely use Stump Thumpers in the future.

All resulting mulch was placed in the planting beds as planned. They even removed a shrub stump without charge. An amazingly polite, efficient, and prompt crew. Great communication throughout the planning stages. I would definitely recommend these folks.
