Excellent customer service (both in scheduling the service and with the guys who did the work). Very professional and thorough cleaning. Pricing is by the square foot, so may be a bit more expensive than other companies, depending on your layout. I had carpets in three bedrooms and a great room (in the basement) cleaned and spot treated. Family owned and local is worth paying a bit more. Plus, I am confident that if I had any need to follow-up, they would be willing to work with me. Highly recommend.
