 + -1 moreI would definitely not use them again. He came out and went over all of the work that needed to be done with me. He gave me the estimate and I arranged for him to come out. He came out about three or four hours after he said that he would. He started to do the work and came to me saying that he has looked the work over again and it is going to cost twice what I originally estimated. He refused to complete the work unless I paid the difference, which I would not do.
Description of Work: Stars & Stripes Landscaping came out to do some lawn work.
