I should have left a review here before for Ryan and Sooner Appliance Repair in the past, but after my interaction with him today I felt like it was warranted. Ryan has come to my home two separate times. First for a dishwasher repair and then for a washer. Ryan is professional and very honest. His repair on my dishwasher was done quickly and haven't had issues since. My washer, on the other hand, had a motor go out. It was fixable but Ryan talked to me about the price of fixing it vs buying a new washer. He could have done the repair for me and I would have been none the wiser and probably would have paid. After talking to him, we decided to get a new washer. We even went with his suggested recommendation on the brand. After doing my research, he was in fact giving me the best recommendation. Today, I had an issue with my range. After talking to Ryan, he was able to diagnose the issue. He could have made is way to my home and charged me a service fee, but he instead answered my question. The best thing is, I don't think he even remembers me or coming here the other two times, he is just consistently honest and helpful. Thank you Ryan for your continued integrity. You will always have my business when I need appliance repair.

Great - on time great Service

Not a good experience. 3 visits to repair. Late each visit and even though I explained the problem simply with all the necessary details for parts, no planning taken.

The repairman was prompt. But I didn’t feel he was very clean and he had no personality

Ryan replaced sump and seal assembly with diverter motor. Ryan had most parts on truck, but seal parts had to be ordered. Ryan communicated promptly on order status and scheduled follow up visit where he finished and tested everything to ensure the problem was solved. We were impressed by how thorough and conscientious Ryan was. For example, he made sure to use towels to dry off our wood floor when water leaked in testing. We can recommend Ryan and Sooner Appliance Repair for quality work, promptly done with courtesy and care.

The person that came out did a great job of trying to find the least expensive way to fix the washer, but in the end it was more than replacing my 5 year old washer with a new one.

We called to have our frig repaired and the first person that Sooner Appliance sent out made a "temporary" repair then days later returned with the wrong part, then just disappeared. I called the owner, Ryan, who apologized and promised to complete the repairs. So far, it's been six weeks and $300.00 and still the job is left incomplete. Ryan has many, many excuses and we are tired of hearing them. I DO NOT recommend calling this company.

Ryan was excellent and very educational. Ultimately I decided to buy a new dishwasher due to the cost of repairs. The brand I bought was one he rarely has to repair.

Very fast response. He brought up that this model Samsung fridge might have a recall on the ice maker so contact Samsung first. As my fridge was 4 years old, it was not part of the recall so he came out. Fast and easy to work with. Great job!!!!!!

Ryan responded within 30 minutes of leaving a message, and he came within 3 hours. It went very well, and we appreciated that he wrote “1 year warranty” on the receipt.

I refused service because the bid was $950 to replace a compressor on a$600 refrigerator.

Great. Sooner was not an approved LG warranty repair service but they immediately applied and were approved. As soon as they received the parts, they repaired our washer. Sooner is the best!

Patrick was amazing! We have a busy schedule and he was more than willing to come to our house at a certain time! He fixed our oven quickly and was super nice! Will call again if needed!
