Dave called to let me know that he was on his way, and when he showed up, I described the problem and he immediately knew what the cause was - crud dislodged from the pipes and little bits of extra dirt stuck in all the plumbing fixtures I had used. (Just FYI, you should flush your outside tap first after being reconnected - I didn't know that.) He was here for over an hour, showing me how to disassemble all my faucets and toilet fill valves (which are a real pain), reassembled them, and tested to make sure they were all back up to pressure. He happily educated me on things I should know. I'd definitely call them again and ask for Dave.

They have always been very responsive. They are always able to get somebody to help us out and take care of our issues when we have plumbing needs. They do a good job.

This company did work for my elderly parents. They did not provide an estimate prior to work, and AFTER the work was complete my parents owed $483. My mother was able to wrangle a 10% discount out of them, but that was about it. Do yourself a favor, do not do business with this company, especially if you are elderly. They will take advantage of you. The sad bit is that in the past, this company seems to have been pretty good. Dependable, and reasonable, and they have been available at goofy hours. BUT ... I suspect that something has changed internally. When I complained to the "service manager" all he said was, "well, ya gotta do what ya gotta do..."

"Unfortunately, there is more to the service call then what the member was informed of. We never start without an agreed price unless one wants to pay by the hour. His parents were given a price prior to the work being done, they agreed to the work and signed our work order. Most customers have an unrealistic idea of what plumber work costs, so they were surpised by the cost, but they were happy with the work and the warranty we provide. The member found out about the cost from his parents and the member thought the price was too high and contacted our office. We explained what goes into the price of our work and explained to him that the price was provided prior to the work being completed. It was a fair price for the product, service and warranty provided. We understand the frustration with the costs today and try to be as competitive as possable"

It went very well. Dennis cleaned out the drain and made sure when the washer drained it would not bubble up into the floor as it was doing.

They sent someone out within an hour of our calling them, even though this was not an emergency call. When the service rep got here and saw that it would take two people to wrestle the equipment down the stairs without scratching up the walls, a second rep was on-site within 30 minutes! They ran the snake twice to make sure it was all cleared out, cleaned up after themselves, and were gone within an hour or so. They did scuff up some paint and so forth due to the narrow access, but they took $50 off the bill (without my asking) to cover the damages. Great work and professional service!

They charged me a diagnostic fee of $40 on the bill and it was very obvious what was wrong, so I'm not sure why they charged me a diagnostic fee. I also asked for a quote to install a faucet I already had, and they quoted me $315. I did not have them do that work because I found someone to install it for $35 and $315 seemed awfully high. The quality of work seems fine, but the pricing was excessive.

We called the day after Thanksgiving for them to come out and check the drain in the basement, which was gurgling and backing up some water. They called back in 15 minutes and scheduled for 10-15 minutes. Dennis arrived on time, checked to confirm in which drain line the blockage was and proceeded to snake out the main line. He told us the line was very blocked and we called him at the right time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, quick and cleaned up after himself, even mopping the basement floor. He installed a new cap on the sewer line at no extra charge.

I called security plumbing at 11:15 AM, when I could not shut-off an outside faucet. They were able to get a plumber to my home at 1:00 PM. Although John did not have the necessary replacement part on his truck, he was able to locate and obtain a replacement within a reasonable period of time. He also assisted with getting me access to the water meter, to investigate an unrelated issue. The service was a bit pricey, but was very timely and professional.

Dennis called 1/2 hour in advance to inform me he was on his way, as I had requested. He honored the $25 coupon; normal charge is $127.50. Was very professional, pleasant, got the job done & offered, as a courtesy, to inspect rest of exposed plumbing in basement; he pointed out potential issues. Also, tightened water valves at no charge. He cleaned up the work area well. Only slight problem was a nick in wood at bottom of stairs from the heavy machine. Would highly recommend this company.
