ROCKY MOUNTAIN HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

I've used Rocky Mountain heating a number of times, including the installation of the furnace, A/C and whole house humidifier. On all these previous occasions I've been impressed with his professionalism and customer service. I've always been very satisfied with the work and have freely recommended him to friends and neighbors. My latest experience was entirely different and reflects serious problems with the company. After the work was done I discovered that the gas had not been turned back on. The following day I discovered that in attempting to remove a loop in the humidifier drain hose he had run the hose through the wall without inserting it in the drain propper resulting in water all over the floor. Neither of these problems was something I couldn't take care of so I did not have him come back out. I did call and talk to him about both issues, but he offered neither apology or resolution.

Service Tech checked furnace and A/C. Nothing found. Did find our water heater was leaking. Grateful for that info. Tech was very professional and prompt.

From beginning to end this was a pleasant experience. Shawn was always responsive and ready to answer any questions. He prepared a very comprehensive and competitive bid so I knew exactly what to expect. The work proceeded in a timely fashion and they were always exactly on time when they promised to arrive. The workers were careful, neat and left everything clean. Permits were pulled and inspections passed. I really recommend this company for the fine job they do.

I called one day and made an appointment for the following day.  He called before arriving and actually arrived early.  Was very professional.  Quickly found the defective electrical connection, then proceeded to thoroughly check out the a/c/ unit.  He also gave an estimate as to the expected remaining life of the unit.

The technician showed up promptly.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended the service solution that we ended up using. .  It was obvious to me that he had many years experience with furnaces and knew what he was doing.  He left the work area cleaner than it was before the job was performed.  In the future, we will be using Rocky Mountain Heat for all our HVAC needs.

I recommended him to my friends and he did great work for them also.

He did an excellent job. He is honest. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

Overall, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and they did exactly what they said they would do. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

The installation of the HVAC system was a success and, without question, will help sell the home!
