Very poor. There was no noticeable difference in the cleanliness of the carpet. All of the minor stains were still there. In addition, O'Dell was unprofessional in that he verbally slammed the owner of City-Wide before he left. I've called City-Wide to see if they want to come remedy the situation since their work has been much better in the past.

Overall experience was excellent. He does a very good job of cleaning, is prompt, fair and very nice. We have used this company for years and it is always great.
