Randy has a mobile service for restaurants and commercial clients and runs his business out of his house for homeowners and the like. He did a great job in a little over an hour so the drop-off and pick-up at his house was very easy. Only oddity was his prices address chef's knives as $5 each and all others at $3 ea. However, he charged the same chef knife fee for all carving blades of 9" or more. Still, a good service for a reasonable price.
