Precision Seamless Gutters

Precision seamless gutters was very professional they knew their stuff my gutters look fabulous the downspouts look wonderful everybody from the office staff valorie and Steven to the guys that installed them which was Walker and Dominic we're very professional very helpful. We would definitely hire them back again. Everything was clean no nails or screws on the ground so my dogs couldn't get hurt they could answer any question we ask them very very pleased

There was a glitch with Precision sourcing the right material. When they did get to the job site they were professional and quick, even working in a snow storm. One small issue was addressed immediately. The only negative was trying to stay in touch with the office about scheduling - very difficult. Sometimes it would take a day or two to get a return call. The work crew was great - professional and pleasant to work with. Estimator was also very helpful.

There were some miscommunication / misunderstandings in regards to work discussed and performed, along with scheduling.

I had a positive experience with Chad and his team. Chad worked with me with regard to price, size, and color of the gutters I chose. When the gutters were installed on the garage, I worked with Rod and he did a great job with installation as well as being creative with placement of a downspout. He moved the downspout so it would drain away from the garage rather than simply installing it in where the old downspout was located, which would have been much easier and faster for him. Furthermore, during the installation, it began to rain and Rod stayed the course and completed the installation. 
Prior to installation, I was pregnant with my first child and I had expressed to Chad that I would like the installation done as expeditiously as possible to avoid having the noise affect my newborn. He was very understanding and took care of me as quickly as weather permitted, as it turned out, he completed the job while I was delivering my baby. A few days later, I came home to new gutters and downspouts and did not have to worry about anything, which was a huge relief.

Precision Seamless Gutters did and excellent job! For the price we paid, a great value and we are extremely picky and price conscious consumers when dealing with contractors. Most people will get bids from 3 or 4 companies, we will get at least 6 and carefully examine each bid and then negotiate with the chosen company. Of course, it's not over until the work is perfect because it's our home. Steve and Clint were punctual, polite, and really knew how to engineer and design a gutter system that was elegant and affordable. Our home is in an area that is known for having issues with expansive soils and higher volumes of rain and snow since were closer to the foothills. We wanted it to look good as well. We listened to their advice and added additional downspouts in locations that made good sense for better effluent water drainage. These guys are great! Can't say enough about the attention to detail, the precise framing of the corners, the well calculated drops and angles and the genuine consistency with the architectural layout of the home design. Of course, I'm sure many seamless gutter companies do good work, but what sets these guys apart is their follow-up. Gutter systems are a critical stationary fixture and Steve has a great understanding of how important it is to the foundation of the home as well as preventing any seepage to the interior. Color match came out perfect! The gutters match the trim and it looks terrific!
