They were able to send someone out within a few hours of calling, even though it was a weekend. It look a full weekend day of work, plus half of a week day. The electricians were extremely nice and professional. We are very happy with the work that was done. The worker from Xcel Energy even asked who did it when they came out to hook the meter back up, because they were impressed with the high quality of the work!

My first appointment was a "no show" due to some scheduling problems.  I understand that this happens but was disappointed that I had to call the office to find out why the electrician didn't arrive as scheduled.

The job was completed on the 2nd appointment.  The electrician arrived on time but I discovered I was charged an extra 1/2 hour for labor.  When I called the office, the service manager said he would issued a credit for the $70.

This seemed to be a lot of hassle to have an outlet installed.  I'm not sure if I would use Piper again.

They are terrific and I love them.  I call them and they come. They are excellent every which way.

The installation went very well.  The person from McGuire showed up on time and worked very hard to get the work completed quickly and completely.

Overall-fantastic. Haden was my Electrician sent by Piper. I found him to be not only knowledgeable & fully capable, but exceptionally polite and helpful. Any electrician can just go by what was quoted by the estimator. Haden found that we wouldn't need to run extra pipe, or punch any extras holes through the exterior wall of my house. Without question these guys exceeded my expectations, and I will have them do work for me again.

My experience with them was excellent. They arrived on time, were very neat, and did the job extremely well. They did a couple of little extra things they did not have to do. Some switches were bad and they replaced them. I was very pleased with them.

I called because by basement electric outlets quit working. Instead of immediately setting up an expensive house call, Dan McGuire spent time with me on the telephone, diagnosing the condition as a GFI breaker had kicked in. I learned that GFI's controlling the basement could be in any room, or on any floor in the house. He walked me through where the GFI breakers may be located, and we found the GFI in the garage!! Problem solved. He could have charged me for the time he spent with me on the phone, finding the GFI, but he wouldn't charge me a penny. I highly recommend using Dan McGuire if you have any electrical problem in Castle Rock or Denver. Honest, ethical people in any occupation are hard to find and should be rewarded with our business whenever possible.
