Dan and Marvin were great to work with. Very communicative and easy to work with. Project stayed on time and on budget and the quality of the work was excellent. I'm looking forward to working with them again on other projects around the house. This was a major addition - including raising the roof - and everything went smoother than expected.

Dan was great - delivered exactly as bid. I had them build a double garage/shop. Work was done well and timely. I didn't really get other bids, but I think that the price for the job was a bit high, but because the work was done so well and there were no "surprises", I am satisfied overall. They came back several times to fix a garage door window which kept breaking (some kind of manufacturer defect) until they got it fixed- all without any nagging from me!

We had installed hardwood in half of our house and wanted a pro to finish the job. Matching old Bruce Hardwood with new was a challenge, as was blending all the rooms. Dan had an awesome idea to use transition wood between rooms so that we could run the hardwood in the same direction and make it look seamless. Our installer, T, was awesome. Very experienced and creative. He had to deal with rooms that weren't square, shifting floor heights, and weird heater vents. The transition boards were a challenge, but T worked with the size and color until we were all pleased with the result. We'd recommend Piche Building and Design for any project.

Dan and Marvin were a pleasure to work with. They are consummate professionals in every aspect of customer engagement, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They showed up on time for all appointments and were so easy to work with. They ripped out an old, thick concrete slab and built a beautiful cedar deck and pergola in its place. When the pergola wasn't exactly what we envisioned, they made the requested changes promptly and without complaint. Dan gave us great tips for caring for the deck over the long-term, and even connected us with a shade sail company. He was also helpful in terms of the design and really helped us think through various ways to creating more privacy from the neighbors using the deck structure. A really great value for the money! We hope to work with Piche Building and Design again in the future.

I was impressed with both Dan's . They repaired and painted several walls and repaired grout in my kitchen and basement. They showed up on time every time they came to our house, their work was high quality and they left their work areas spotless. I plan on hiring them again in the future.

Very efficient and hard working! Completed all of the work we gave them in a timely manner and STAYED UNDER BUDGET!! They are trustworthy and kind. I gave a 4 in quality because the finishing on projects was not impeccable. However, it was great value for the money we paid! Would hire them again!

This is the most amazing group we have ever worked with. Everything has been quality. Dan Piche runs a construction company that is head and shoulders above any group we ever had. Having built our house from ground up, a number of other buildings and barns, we feel we have the experience to comment on the difference between good and great contractors. Dan and his group are great. Dan has done the design work for this entire project. He was able to capture our vision and run with it. He has keep the project within the budget. When we have has to change a few things, he has not been upset or hit us with excessive change fees. To say we are happy would truly be an understatement.
