I want to let you know that PAYLESS ROOTER in Arvada CO 80001, (303) 981 -0079 contacted me *by phone* almost immediately after I posted my request for information. They couldn't see me the next day, but they made a point of getting me in the following day.They made me the earliest appointment in the morning (I can't get off work to meet them during the day) and were *early* for the appointment. The service man was neat, clean and very personable. He gave me two bids (I have galvanized pipes and there was some concern that they might need extra attention.) The bids were *extremely reasonable *and he carefully fixed the problem without having to do the extra repairs. Plus there was a warranty guarantee for the work they did.

Very well.  I have a very old temperamental apartment building that seems to often have plumbing issues. They are very responsive, communicative, and friendly.  Quickly available on weekends. They are my go to guys.  I gave them a B for price because the plumbing work was more than I thought but I think hiring a plumber is just expensive and they are probably equal to every one else. I keep hiring them because they offer great service when I need it.
