I provide personal service in the design, purchasing and installation of all of our client's remodeling needs. I have been in business in the Denver Metro area for over 30 years. I specialize in residential, but have some experience in small commercial tenant finish I enjoy working with my clients to arrive at the best solutions to changing needs in their home, and have solved many a difficult "how can we make this happen" scenario. I am a licensed General Contractor in most jurisdictions, and I use electrical, plumbing, drywall, roofing and flooring subcontractors with whom I have a 15-25 year relationship. We have all worked and played together so long we can make your experience flow seamlessly from one phase to another, accommodating everyone's schedule with virtually no "wait time" between phases. Whether your project is large or small,I take each project seriously to make the dream you have for your home truly happen. My aim is for you to look forward to coming back home after a hard day at your work. Initial consultations and estimates are always free. Some design projects *may* possibly have a fee associated with them, but this will always be credited towards the project contract.
