 + -1 moreAwesome people, always good mannered and pleasant. They go out of their way to help. Since I'd purchased my vacuum at this store they always treat me with great respect.
Description of Work: Oreck vacuum handle broke. I took it into the store and they repaired it for free on the spot. I also purchased some vacuum bags while there.

 + -1 moreTHE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS ABLE TO LOOK AT THE VACUUM AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE AT THE TIME I WENT INTO THE STORE.
Description of Work: I BROUGHT IN MY VACUUM WITH NO SUCTION. IT WAS DISASSEMBLED AND I WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE ON WHAT IT WOULD COST TO REPLACE THE PARTS AND WHAT A NEW VACUUM WOULD COST.
