THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS ABLE TO LOOK AT THE VACUUM AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE AT THE TIME I WENT INTO THE STORE.
