+ -1 moreCame out to provide estimate at request of realtor. Took my money and then played cat and mouse. Was to be 5-7 business days to order and repair window. Would not return calls, said glass was in, then I had to call to find out the glass broke and needed to be reordered. Eventually Joe at Olde Town Arvada glass stopped responding to my voice mail. I ultimately logged a complaint with VISA and received a refund. Aside from living with sub-freezing Colorado temperatures and a broken bedroom window for the last 7 weeks, I felt scammed.
Description of Work: Joel of Olde Town Arvada glass came out to provide estimate at request of realtor. Took my money and then played cat and mouse without performing services or communication. Ultimately complained to VISA due to lack of communication and response.

+ -1 moreThe Arvada Glass company employees estimated the job by looking it over. Then they completely removed the door insides, replaced the window and repaired the mechanisms.
Description of Work: The drivers side window of our 4 door Honda Accord was not running properly. It was sticking and we were unable to close it properly.

WE WERE ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT QUICKLY AND WHEN WE TOOK THE CAR IN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT AN HOUR. AND - CAN YOU BELIEVE IT - IT WAS!! FRIENDLY SERVICE THAT SUPPORTS LOCAL BUSINESS, QUICK TURNAROUND AND THE WINDSHIELD LOOKS GREAT!
