Nancy has the mojo. When we sold our last house we were on the market for some time, but when interest hit we had 10 days to find a place and move. Nancy showed us some great homes and 10 days seemed to be weeks - we had the freedom and time to do everything we needed. This time we counted on being on the market for a long haul and right after listing with her we went on vacation. Nancy helped us price our house well enough that 4 days was all it took to sell, getting near full asking price. This time, however, we had more time to look, thankfully. Nancy found over 100 listings that she emailed to us and showed us around 60 homes. Our needs were very specific and thus the tough time we gave her in finding the perfect home. She kept enthusiastic and vigilant and found a house just on the market that fit the bill. She followed through every step of the way and kept us incredibly well informed as to the process and the pitfalls that we could hit. I never felt more comfortable dealing with large sums of money and family bliss with Nancy by our side. She kept incredibly busy with us and other clients, but we never noticed that she had any other clients. We felt we were the most important people in her working life. Nancy is awesome. She really cares about her job and her clients.
