Description of Work: In 1992 we built our new house in Douglas County. Our contractor used Millwood to plumb the entire house. They installed a re circulation line that their techs did not rheme the joints at all. As a result of this over a dozen pin holes leaks have happened over a 19 year period. This has cost me over $7000.00 in plumbing (new plumber) and drywall costs. I have called Millwood to ask for their help in remedying the cause and the have been rude in thier response and told me it was my problem. In addition, they installed a steam unit which they used improper stems and did not seal the fittings correctly. I strongly urge anyone looking for a plumbing contractor not to use this company.

+ -1 moreAll I can say is that they are very professional. This was a job that they could of easily taking advantage of me. I had some acquaintances that were even going to charge $400-$500 for this job. Instead Millwood, which was she original installers for the heater, went and got a $15 part and of course the service fee and that was that. I was very lucky.
Description of Work: I had a hot water heater that had gone on the blink. It ended up that Millwood had to replace the heater transducer.

Description of Work: I called and spoke with a woman who said the plumber was on another line. She said she would have him call back, and I never heard a word from anyone at this company.

+ -1 moreErnie from Millwood Plumbing was very professional and really did a fast efficient job in putting in the new sink. He was great about explaining the whole process to me. I would recommend them to anybody!
Description of Work: Installation of new Kitchen Sink, faucet, garbage disposal and all plumbing pertaining to that.
