I hate writing bad reviews, but this one is well deserved. We had most of what was planted die, almost immediately. We had a new build and they planted everything directly into builder dirt and added no topsoil, which is my guess as to why most of it died. Desmond (owner) refuses to respond to multiple communication attempts. He is even ignoring the BBB's attempts at resolution. We have a one year warranty and since it is clear he has no intention on honoring it, we will be hiring a lawyer and taking him to court. Thankfully, we documented everything. We spent almost $27,000 with Metscape and are being completely ignored on legitimate concerns. This is after we had to manage the project every step of the way. Desmond gave his crews the wrong plans and when we caught the mistake, they tried to charge us extra to fix their mistakes. In addition, the communication is horrific, as soon as you pay them your deposit. Also, there is another complaint on the BBB that is very concerning and worth a read. Buyer beware.
