He practically bit my head off during my initial call! He said he wouldn't bother to give me an estimate if I was getting estimates from other companies, was I doing that? I responded that I was getting 3 estimates since I wasn't a tile layer and had no idea about the labor cost of my projects. He said he already had enough work and was working this Sat, and didn't want to be working Sat. Geez! He needs to dial his bitchiness down about 50 notches. Why would I want to work with someone like that, let alone give that someone my money? Bad first impression, and definitely bad karma!

Steve was great to work with. Responded to my call promptly, provided a very reasonable bid and completed the work in a professional, efficient manner. I am a property manager and we concluded that the previous tenants' cats had urinated on the grout, and that the urine had also seeped into the concrete underneath, as the odor was very strong. Steve not only performed excellent tile work, but he was also willing to clean the concrete with a bleach mixture and allow it to dry before he laid the new tile. His price was $200 to $400 lower than my other bids. The $1,200 price includes both labor and materials. I would highly recommend Steve for tile work and would use him in the future.

He was very prompt. He cleaned up after himself. He did exactly what I asked him to do. He was honest and not one problem occured. Especially with the clean up.
