 + 1 moreHe definitely wasn?t pushy at all and he got us the quote quickly. He provided some good ideas and gave us references for the area. He?s great but he?s too expensive.
Description of Work: Lyntal Construction Company gave us a quote to enclose our master bedroom, redo the bathroom, put some stucco on the outside of the house, put in an entertainment center, and put in a banister.

 + 0 moreJeff Kissee' has very high integrity, honesty, patience, and care for what our remodel desires are, and helping to keep within our remodel budget. He is punctual and reliable. When he says he will be there on a certain day and time, you can trust that he will be there. He keeps us informed of the building schedule, and any changes to it, mostly from our own design adjustments. His communication is excellent. I would highly recommend Lyntal Construction for complete new home building down to remodel projects like ours. He treats each of his customers the same, like they matter to him and his continuing business. Jeff enjoys his work and it shows. He is well connected with great sub-contractors who all do excellent work. I will work on getting before and after photos.
Description of Work: We have had multiple projects completed so far by Lyntal Construction. We are updating our 1,350 Sq.Ft. ranch style home, built in 1964, to an 1,800 sq. ft. home of our dreams. With Jeff's input, great suggestions, and architectural computer drawings we have a plan that is well underway. We had our electrical fuse box moved and updated it's capacity. We have all new base boards, interior doors, and wood casing that add more character and charm to our home. He helped replace our water heater, to a more energy efficient tankless water heater. We are converting our attached 2 car garage to a Master Bedroom with 2 walk-in closets, and a 5 piece Bath "Suite." It will be sweet looking when it is all done. Our new remodel will look like it was originally built this way. It will have more charm, character, storage, and enjoyment than before. Jeff Kissee' has been very patient and responsive while we were making many floor plan changes. His goal is for us to have the home we have dreamed of. He is doing everything possible to make sure we are comfortable with the costs, style, and process throughout every step of the project.

 + -1 moreWe backed to a busy street and so we were looking for another house. We decided to build and discovered this area close to the mountains where Lyntal Construction was building a spec home. We were very pleased with his construction and hired him to build ours. He was extremely helpful whenever we needed his opinions and advice. He walked us through the house and pointed out what he was doing for every phase of the construction. He had good ideas for window seats and bookcases and where we could save money and where we should splurge. He was extremely easy to work with and if we suggested a change he made us feel it was always possible and easy to accomplish. He was always on the job and supervised his sub-contractors closely. When I said I wanted the roof to come down over the back porch he made it happen, when I said I wanted a larger dining room than the plans showed, he worked it out. He is a great builder.
Description of Work: Lyntal Construction helped us all the way through the entire project, from the initial design to the completion of the project. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a homebuilder. He is careful, meticulous, keeps the work-site clean and just generally does a terrific job. He paid great attention to detail and was very creative and understanding about what we wanted in a home. He made changes when we asked for them and added ideas of his own that made the house a real masterpiece. He takes great pride in his work and builds a quality home.

Description of Work: WE HAD OUR BASEMENT COMPLETELY FINISHED. IT CONTAINED OF ONE BEDROOM, A BATHROOM, A REC ROOM WITH A FIREPLACE AND SHELVING UNITS BUILT-IN.
