He definitely wasn?t pushy at all and he got us the quote quickly. He provided some good ideas and gave us references for the area. He?s great but he?s too expensive.

Jeff Kissee' has very high integrity, honesty, patience, and care for what our remodel desires are, and helping to keep within our remodel budget. He is punctual and reliable. When he says he will be there on a certain day and time, you can trust that he will be there. He keeps us informed of the building schedule, and any changes to it, mostly from our own design adjustments. His communication is excellent. I would highly recommend Lyntal Construction for complete new home building down to remodel projects like ours. He treats each of his customers the same, like they matter to him and his continuing business. Jeff enjoys his work and it shows. He is well connected with great sub-contractors who all do excellent work. I will work on getting before and after photos.

We backed to a busy street and so we were looking for another house. We decided to build and discovered this area close to the mountains where Lyntal Construction was building a spec home. We were very pleased with his construction and hired him to build ours. He was extremely helpful whenever we needed his opinions and advice. He walked us through the house and pointed out what he was doing for every phase of the construction. He had good ideas for window seats and bookcases and where we could save money and where we should splurge. He was extremely easy to work with and if we suggested a change he made us feel it was always possible and easy to accomplish. He was always on the job and supervised his sub-contractors closely. When I said I wanted the roof to come down over the back porch he made it happen, when I said I wanted a larger dining room than the plans showed, he worked it out. He is a great builder.

WE HAD OUR KITCHEN REMODELED & WE LOVE IT! WE HAD GRANITE PUT IN FOR THE COUNTERTOPS & HAD A NEW TILE BACKSPLASH INSTALLED. IT LOOKS WONDERFUL. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE WORK & THE QUICK REMODEL. THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR, JEFF, WAS A VERY NICE GUY. HE WORKED THROUGH ANY PROBLEM THAT CAM UP AND HIS IDEAS WERE FANTASTIC. PLUS, THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
