+ -1 moreDissatisfied with quality of workmanship and for not honoring or fulfilling contract obligations and when confronted, refuses to refund that portion of service which I completed independently!

+ -1 moreHe did a fabulous job. Mr. Martinez is who did it for us. They did a beautiful job. They quality of cement he used was high quality. They did the job very quickly. The prices are probably medium price range as we did take alot of bids.
