 + -1 moreLINDA WAS ABLE TO TELL ME SOMEONE WHO DOES WORK WITH COMPUTER CHIP SEWING MACHINES. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

sewing machine repair
 + -1 moreI was altering some slacks for my Mother & the machine decided it wasn't going to stitch correctly. It was a rainy, dreary day & I did not want to get out, besides not knowing where to take the machine for repair anyway. I looked in the phone book under Sewing Machine Repair & Linda's ad jumped out at me. It said she made house calls. I immediately contacted her & she was at my house in less than 2 hours. She cleaned & oiled the machine & adjusted some things that were out of whack. She only charged me her flat-rate of $45 since there were no parts replaced. She also took the time to give me some pointers on keeping the machine in good condition. All in all, I would contact her again because of her knowledge, personality & overall demeanor. She was professional yet friendly AND - she travels!
