Those guys were great. I did have a problem with a computer that I bought from them, but they did replace it with a better laptop. The price was reasonable to start with. They didn't charge me a penny more for the replacement, and it should have cost double. I've had a bunch of interactions with them. They were always good or doing something to remedy something that was wrong. I have a feeling that's just the way they are; the way they operate. I had several phone conversations with them, because I asked them to save the computer for me. I didn't know how many they had left in stock and they were down to their last one. So I asked them to hold it for me just on my word that I would come out to get it. And they did, they had my name on it, and they were extremely honorable and helpful about it.
