Lee's Appliance and Refrigeration is a family owned business that has been serving the Denver Metro area and surrounds for the better part of 60 years. Our business is built on Passion, Integrity and an understanding that we are Dependent on our customers, and that our customers have a need and obligation to receive the very best service from us at all times. We strive to do the job right the 1st time and have stood behind our work and name since our doors first opened in 1955. It was quick! The technician respected the property and us by wearing coverings on his feet and a mask. He got down to business quickly and found the problem. He consulted me prior to doing any work and clearly explained the problem. The amount I was billed I felt was beyond fair. I wish I had found this company sooner when I was having issues with my washer hose pipe. I was charged the same amount for that visit by a different contractor as I was charged for this appliance visit, and this visit, he actually fixed something more than just tightening a screw.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and would recommend them to anyone. I’ve lived in Denver for 7 years and this was by far the most courteous, efficient, and helpful that anyone has been in assessing our issues. The repairman was transparent, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. This was all done at a very fair price which I also haven’t experienced in Denver.

We have used them for a year and a half now, and Zach the technician who usually comes to us, was hospitable and very friendly, a very accommodating person. He is currently working on our dish washer and the ice maker, and he is just waiting for replacement parts to finish off the service. In addition, their office staffs, her name is Dora McKee whom we work with, was very communicative and prompt in providing answers to our questions and prompt with their scheduling. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Technician evaluated the problem and attempted unsuccessfully to find replacement part. He left but said that his owner would keep working to locate the part. Even though they were not able to obtain the part (because of poor Kenmore customer service) they went above and beyond to follow through.

They were very easy to deal with and took care of things quickly. It was much appreciated. I did have another company do the same thing to compare. Both had the same diagnosis for the dishwasher so I replaced it. There were different diagnoses for the washing machine so I decided not to fix it and got rid of it instead.

First time we couldn't get the error to occur again. Second time we indentified a probe that needed to be replaced. Third time they replaced it. Only was charged one service call fee. Problem is the F30 problem persists. Considering I had already spent 1/5 the price of a new oven trying to fix this one, I decided to just buy a new oven. I fully admit I did not call back again which is why I only dropped quality to B.

Doug called ahead and was actually early for my appointment. He was quick to determine the problem (which was major) and set to work to find out cost and availability of the part. He spent about 45 minutes trying to get information from Sears Technical Support on the part needed. After getting no results from them he tried LG who makes the machine for Sears. Again, no luck getting info on the part. He apologized and said he would continue his research and just billed me for a trip charge. The next day someone from Lee's called to say they had exhausted their possibilities for finding the part. They apologized and suggested some other brands to consider that in their estimation were quality and dependable.

Zach came on-time and was very nice and professional. I was preparing for the worst (being told we'd need a new washer) and he solved the problem super fast. He also gave me tips on what to do if it happens again and reco'd tablets to use in case the drum smelled from the clothes being stuck in there wet. Luckily, he solved it quickly and didn't need to install/repair anything so the service was fast and inexpensive.

The Tech arrived right on time. His diagnosis was the main board was probably bad and he could replace it the next day. That evening I was called by the owner who had done more research on the machine and he thought there was a chance that only the lock was bad and that he recommended trying to replace that first. If that did not work he would remove the lock at no charge and would go ahead and replace the main board. Turned out both the lock and main board were bad and the estimate to repair was almost half the price of a new machine. He suggested we consider a new machine rather than repair. We decided to get a new machine which would have left us owing the repair company only for the service call. The owner asked us to consider having them install the new machine and dispose of the old one since they still had to come out one more time (the third trip) to remove the door lock they installed. They would charge us for the installation and the disposal of the old machine. We were so happy with the quality of their service we agreed to the proposal and ended up paying a total of $170 for all their work. We have dealt with a lot of repair folks over the years but have never found anyone as professional, flexible, and pleasant as Lee's Appliance and Refrigeration. In the course of the transaction I spoke with the tech, the office manager, and the owner - everyone was trying hard to treat us fairly and they were all a pleasure to work with. If it wasn't for having to replace an almost new appliance the whole process would have been a pleasure.

Staff over the phone was very courteous and efficient. Technician diagnosed the issue without actually opening the dryer up, so I had to specifically request that he take a look inside the machine. He spent most of the disassembly time complaining about the manufacturer's design (LG). Once open he did some troubleshooting and found some hardware was bad. The office scheduled the repairs for the following day. Again, very courteous and efficient. No money was due until the repairs were complete. Tech came out the next day and replaced the parts. Dryer is working better now, although still not as well as before we started experiencing problems.
