Overall, it was fine with this title company but they didn't correctly transfer over the water bill to us, they kept sending the bills to the owner and he kept complaining about that because the builder paid for it for a couple of months. The closing went fine, the price was reasonable.

Land Title did a great job behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and on-time closing. They were flexible and met my tight time schedule due to an out of town closing and everything went smoothly.
