Amazing. Warren came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. I sent out an email and he contacted me within 10 minutes. He showed up on time and was very thorough, we took about 5 pages of notes as he was just an encyclopedia of knowledge and had suggestions for maintaining and cleaning just about everything. He climbed and crawled in all spaces to look at everything... even the realtor that was with us was impressed.
