No probelm thee job was done in a timely and effeciant manner.

In February as a new customer I was treated very well.  I had them look over a 2006 hyundai santa fe that I had just purchased at a car auction.  They had it a couple days looking it over.  They took their time with me explaining working that was necessary and optional.  I was happy with the results, work was completed and payment was fair.  In March not so great. I again had them look at a car I got from a car auction, 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee.  We usually buy cars the "traditional" way but we were wanting something inexpensive to give to a family doing missionary work in Africa for them to haul their gear in.  They took the Jeep and then I didn't hear from them for a week and a half at which time I had to call and push them for answers.  Work was done that I had not authorized and yet still had to pay for.  It kinda felt like the "honey moon" period was over!  Maybe they are great with new customers, but since I am not one anymore I will not be going there again.

My truck was running very poorly, and I took it to Klava's for a diagnosis. They found the problems, called me with the cost to repair them, performed the necessary repairs, and had the vehicle ready for pickup the same day I brought it to them. They were very professional, and I feel that I received good value for the work performed.

As usual, the service was done promptly and professionally. I have been using Klava's for my auto service since I moved to this area in 2003. I have had Chrysler and Honda products serviced there. They are always thorough and professional. They always take the time to answer my questions about exactly what needs to be done and the options. I never feel pressured to perform any service. There have been a number of times where I've asked them to investigate things where they have found no real problem. They always call and consult me before proceeding with any service we hadn't already agreed to. When parts are replaced, they always show the parts to me and explain how it works. They are knowledgeable about a range of makes and models of cars. I like to take my vehicles to them because they have only a few guys working there and so they know me and my cars. This helps with trouble shooting if there are any recurring problems.
