Kens Mechanical

I called Ken's Mechanical to receive a quote for an AC tuneup and then to see when they had availability. I was quoted 129.00 for the service including Freon which is why I selected them to provide service to our AC. Ken was slightly late but he did call ahead to let me know which was no problem. He was very professional and did the tuneup and added the appropriate Freon. Once it came time for the bill, he advised me it would be $80 for the service and $80 for the Freon. After letting him know that I was quoted something different by Karen, whom works at his office, he agreed to change the billing to reflect $129. Karen called me to get payment, since I was using a credit card, but then proceeded to accuse of me of lying and taking advantage of Ken, the business owner. She was very combative over the phone and did not provide good customer service. The sole reason I selected this contractor was based on the pricing I had originally received.

We called Ken's late Wednesday and he was here Thursday afternoon. Instead of trying to sell us a new air conditioner he replaced some parts, recharged the freon and I was good to go!! Ken and Eric are very honest men. Not a lot of those around.

Ken is such a fantastic professional. I am real estate agent and have referred Ken to multiple clients and he has never let me down. He is professional, punctual, fair and honest.
