My 26 year old furnace was working intermittently. I was sure they would tell me I needed a new furnace but they said I only needed to have the flame sensor cleaned. It's nice to find a contractor that doesn't try to rip you off.

This company installed a new swamp cooler for me earlier in the year, so I had them return to close it down for winter while also having the technician service the furnace. He spent 90 minutes on both jobs and returned at a later date with the correct humidifier filter for my furnace which was great. The tech was professional and courteous. I think I paid only for the filter on the return trip.
My experience purchasing a cooler from this company earlier in the spring of 2012 was great. Jack Micek, the owner, came and gave me the quote and scheduled the project within 10 days. All work was perfomed by two techs who were prompt, courteous and cleaned up after their work. I will continue to use this company in the future.
