clock repair
 + -1 moreMy main complaint with this business is that he promised to have the clock repaired in 8 weeks, but took 5 months! Repeated phone messages were not returned. I found that the only way to communicate with this business was to keep calling until he actually answered the phone. During phone conversations, he twice promised to have the clock repair completed by a certain date. Both of these promises were not kept. A very frustrating experience!
Description of Work: I used J.R. Clockmaker to repair a German Cuckoo clock. The work performed seems to be well done, with bushings installed and music box rebuilt. The clock works well now, but I have no way of knowing if it will work well in the future.

 + -1 moreHe was prompt. Service rate is not expensive compared to other guys I've used. He is able to fixed the big grandfather clock. He is certainly component and done the job very quickly and he educate me on how to fix it myself. Certainly without question, I am comfortable in recommending them to others.
