Very well. The entire staff treated me and my dog very well. It was very reasonably priced based on other vets I have researched

Excellent. That's why I keep coming back. If my fur babies were afraid or if they or I were not treated well or with respect I would not return. But they all treat us like family here and the doctors truly go above and beyond when necessary to care for our pets. Their facility has always been spotless. I've been a client there for years; they're just a great veterinary hospital that I highly recommend.

I don't remember the price but it was quite a lot. The experience was good. The quality was good. We got in shortly after we got there. This is a safe place to take your dog. The wait was about 15 minutes maybe. The vet and vet techs were excellent. They are close to me and easy to get to. It's clean and very professional.

Animal Boarding Kennels
$250
I want to start off by saying that we have boarded our dog at Two Ponds Pet Lodge which is owned by Indian Tree Animal Hospital  few times and it has always been convenient and positive. It is a very clean facility with much to offer customers. However, all of that changed when we boarded our dog last week. He needed his bordatella vaccine which the receptionist told us when I made his reservation and again at check in. My husband dropped him off and we left town never to hear a word from Two Ponds that anything was wrong. We got home and looked at the web cam to see him before picking him up and we didn't see him in Day Care or in a kennel, which was weird since we had him registered ( and paid!) for full day day care every day we were gone. At check out, my husband asked about this and they told him it must have been during lunch. When my husband picked him up on a Saturday, the bordatella vaccine was not on his receipt and his vaccine schedule on the bottom of the receipt still showed him overdue for it. Immediately upon bringing him home- a less than 2 minute drive- he was coughing uncontrollably. He told me the vaccine was not on the recipt which we both thought was very strange especially since he was coughing. Overnight, he got progressively worse and was spitting up from coughing so hard. We knew immediately that he had kennel cough but we couldn't call Two Ponds to get more information since they are closed on Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning to see if he got his shot and the receptionist put me on hold. She came back and said that they keep a handwritten record as well as a computer record and that according to the handwritten record he did receive the vaccination. I find this to be so strange and honestly I felt like I was being flat out lied to. Why wouldn't a business  input that into the computer in order to get paid for it? She also told me that there was a case of kennel cough prior to our dog being there but that there was no overlap. She told me to take him to the vet and then advise them if he did have kennel cough. I asked if I could speak with someone who had been around him to see if he had been coughing all week, and I was told that there would have been a record of any coughing. I find it very hard to believe that it started as soon as he left their facility. I also asked if he was in day care all week and they said yes, which again I find hard to believe they would put the other dogs at risk. After the vet, which cost me more money and confirmed that he did have it, I went to Two Ponds because I felt so uneasy about the previous interaction. I asked to see the handwritten records and the receptionist on duty pulled up his computerized record where his bordatella had magically been updated. She also proceeded to inform me that they have had 4 confirmed cases of kennel cough! The woman earlier guaranteed me that there was no outbreak when my dog was there! I was furious! After reading other reviews, it seems like this is fairly common practice at this facility. I feel horrible that I paid someone to infect my dog and most likely ignore his symptoms until we came home. I'm outraged that after 3 different interactions questioning what was going on with our dog, we still had to pay over $200 for this horrific treatment. I'm not as upset that he got kennel cough because I know that is always a possibility. I'm upset because I feel as though Two Ponds acted very dishonest and negligible about informing us of our dog's health in their care. We never write reviews but we felt like dog owners should be aware of this. I will not be using them in the future and I will never recommend them to anyone. y clean facility with much to offer customers. However, all of that changed when we boarded our dog last week. My first visit with Dr. Jeff(?) was sweet. Great down-to-earth caring vet. He even emailed me back within hours with questions I had about behavior/health problems of a cat I adopted.
Recently my other kitty develped an eye allergy/infection/dermatitis issue causing her a eye swelling and irritation, very painful for her. I was told Dr. Jeff was no longer with Indian Tree but I thought I would take her anyway since I had thought I found "my vet."
First thing this vet said to me was she needed her teeth cleaned...............WE ALL KNOW WHAT THE "NEEDS TEETH CLEANED" MEANS IN VET TALK $$$$$$$$$.....then the assistant comes in with a list of vaccines that needed to be updated, another $$$$$$$. I should have left but I told the vet, no, I am concerned about my cat's eye and we will adress any other issues another time. $240.00 later my kitty is worse than before she went in after the eye scrapping he did on her lid. I did call and voiced my complaint about this to another vet and she issued a eye ointment for another charge of $50.00. One month later I am not searching Angie's List for a vet that loves and cares for animals instead of a vet that needs to pay his girlfriends'
Porsche payments. What the heck is going on in this world...................needless to say I will not be back. Unless you drive a Porsche don't consider this as caring vet care.

I spoke with the woman behind the counter and asked for them to do a spot check for glucose for my diabetic dog. She spoke with the doctor and informed me that they wanted to do a glucose curve and keep the dog for 10 hours. I told her I was not interested in doing a glucose curve I only wanted a spot check. She shrugged her shoulders as if to say oh well. I told her I would find someone who would do what I am asking for and left. Very unprofessional and controlling. I have had issues with them in the past but was willing to try again. I will not return to this clinic.

We have taken our 2 cats here several times.  The vets are friendly and answer questions, they even follow up with you if there is something going on with your pet.  The building is clean and nice.  The prices seem a little higher than other places.  They are open every day of the week and are very accomodating with scheduling appointments.

We have always had good experiences with the vets here, very caring, professional, and understanding. However, the prices usually give us sticker shock. Therefore, we go here when we want good diagnostic services and professionalism (i.e. emergencies, unknown illness/infection) because we really love our dog and want the best for her, but for routine things like vaccinations and well dog exams, we go elsewhere. This particular time, we saw Dr. Marcy Schwartzman but we have seen almost all the vets and if you tell them finances are a concern they will usually work with you and not make you feel guilty if you don't do everything they recommend. For example, the vet wanted to do a full panel but since grape poisoning shows up on the kidney function tests, I asked her just to do those and she was OK with that. Our dog was fine but did have a urinary tract infection. All staff are friendly and we feel well taken care of there. It's just really tough on the pocketbook when we leave.

In my opinion they are too expensive but at the same time I would say that they are very professional and they care about animals. Another comment I would have is that they have a great facility.

They were actually recommended to me by my daughter who also uses them. They are extremely professional. They have a good history with our family. They are also very friendly. During this process, they actually have a room set aside so that you could spend time with your pet after it has died. They are just very loving and caring. I also used them for my dogs checkups and shots. They have always treated us well.

My vet is Donna Williams and she's wonderful, I love her. The only reason I would give them lower than A's, is that all of their services are priced individually. For example, when you get a dog spayed, they charge separate for anesthesia, giving the animal water, etc.

WE TRIED SEVERAL GROOMERS BEFORE LINDA AND WE WERE NEVER VERY SATISFIED. WE NOW FIND THIS IS THE PLACE WE WANT TO CONTINUE TO GO. With the other groomers we found that our dog Sam was very hesitant to go and was never very good for the groomers, since then, he has been very cooperative and she said he behaves well. I attribute that to her care with animals.

OUR DOGS CARE AND EXERCISE WAS WELL LOOKED AFTER AT INDIAN TREE ANIMAL HOSPITAL. IN ADDITION TO THE EXCELLENT CARE PROVIDED, WE WERE COMFORTED BY THE FACT THAT IF ANYTHING HEALTH RELATED SHOULD OCCUR OUR PET WAS ALREADY AT AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL.

I TOOK MY CAT (7 YR OLD SIAMESE) IN BECAUSE SHE WAS SCRATCHING HER NECK CONSTANTLY, AND HER LITTLE NECK WAS BLEEDING AND OOZING. THEY GOT HER IN IMMEDIATELY, AND I WAITED UP FRONT. THE CAT CAME BACK A SHORT WHILE LATER. THEY HAD CLEANED HER NECK, PUT A COVERING ON IT, AND GAVE ME SOME TABLETS. THE VET SAID SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS, BUT I COULD TRY THE TABLETS AND BRING HER BACK IN A WEEK TO SEE HOW IT WENT. THAT'S IT - FOR MORE THAN $300??!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I TOOK THE CAT ELSEWHERE AND SHE WAS PROPERLY TREATED, OVER SEVERAL VISITS IN A 2 WEEK PERIOD, FOR HALF THE PRICE.
