Juliette fed us all the wrong information. She had the quote screwed up, measurements off, and misinformed us on the timeline. We where told a one day install and that the project would be completed in January or February which was 4-5 months after signing the contract. We just finished the project, total of almost 9 months of waiting, over a week to do the install. No one at the office could provide us a straight answer as to when the materials to do our install would arrive. Final product turned out nice, not a good company to deal with. Customer service is nonexistent with Granite Transformations.

Beautifully. We chose quartz for the kitchen and granite for the bar top and are very pleased with both. Day 1 they came and took all the measurements then a few weeks later came and installed everything. The following day, their excellent plumber, Scott, came and installed the new sink and faucet. Scott also found some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed.

With the price, they were middle of the road.

What I liked about the service was that it only took a day to install the countertops in the kitchen and bathroom; and the next morning the plumber arrived (on time) and installed sinks and faucets in 2 hours. Everything turned out very nice. Also, no surprise costs and the sales people encouraged finding better deals on sinks and faucets on the internet.What wasn't great was the wait between template making and install, which was almost a month and half. Must be the busy season, or maybe they could beef up their staff.

Their sales representative was knowledgable and nice to work with. She told me that they were a couple of months out for installation, which was ok. I placed the order on March 17, they did the template measure on April 2, installed the counters on April 23, and scheduled the cabinets for May 9. When they showed up for the cabinets, they only did the laminate facing on the cabinet boxes; however, did not have the doors. The tech had no idea where the doors were and I expressed frustration that they had only scheduled one day for the cabinets and did not indicate it would take two separate installations.Someone from Granite Transformations called me about the missing doors and gave a convoluted story about why they did not have them. We scheduled another day for installation, but when I called to confirm on that day, they still did not have the doors. I asked if there was just a shipping delay or if they messed up the order. He admitted that they messed up the order, but did not have anything more to say about it. They finally installed the doors on May 14.The counter installers broke a piece of glass art on the wall in one bathroom and the door installer scratched one of the bathroom doors - and no one bothered to call and apologize, offer to replace the broken object, etc. It is not as much a matter of cost to fix minor damage, or that they messed up the order (mistakes happen), but the fact that no one made an effort to proactively address it.Within a week of the cabinet door installation, one of the doors fell off the hinge. I am waiting for a call back to fix it.All in all, the outcome looks nice and the price was fair, but the process was painful and level of service and professionalism leaves something left to be desired. They have different installers for every piece of work (counter measure, counter install, cabinet facing, cabinet doors, plumbing), which made the process a bit clunky and disconnected (the last installer tried to collect a final payment, which I had already made). They should have proactively let me know that the order got messed up, but it took me calling to find out what happened.

The sales representative arrived at my home at scheduled time with samples of granite which included approximately 30-40 different choices.  She explained the process and was able to answer all my questions, as well as advise me on what to expect from beginning to end.   Early the following week, I received a phone call to schedule the measuring for the template and the actual installation.  5 weeks after my initial contact with the company, a gentleman arrived as scheduled to measure my countertops and make a template for construction.  This took about two hours.  2 weeks after the template, the counters were installed.  Two men arrived right on time to begin the installation process.  My floors were covered to protect them, and they began by removing a row of tiles which had been my previous backsplash.  They also removed the kitchen sink which I was replacing.  The new countertops were bonded right over the top of the old ones, so there was no ripping out of the old ones to contend with.  I did ask them to extend the length of the breakfast bar to accommodate a couple of extra seats, so the extension was added before the bonding process.  The entire  installation, including prep work and cleanup took about 6 hours.  I was impressed with the punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge of everyone involved, and the skill demonstrated by the craftsmen.  Now that I've had the countertops for over a month, I can honestly say that I am very pleased.  They are easy to care for, require no sealing, and look fantastic.  I am sure that when I'm ready to upgrade the bathroom counters, I'll be calling Granite transformations again.

The people at Granite Transformation were professional and efficient.  Their sales person Juliette, was on time, measured quickly, had a good selection of product to chose from, and took her time asnwering my detailed questions.  We decide on two different types of product, one for master bath, the other for kitchen.  I also selected a new sink for the kitchen from her.  The sink selection was extensive.
The next process was having their people measure for the templates, which took max of 20 minutes.  Again, they were on time and professional.
The final process was the installation of countertops which were created from the templates.  The installers showed up on time, were friendly and professional.  They installed the overlayed countertops within 4 hours.  The plumber showed up shortly after and completed the process with a professional new sink installation.
The overall experience was great.  The only issue was with their office person whom I spoke to over the phone twice.  She was short  tempered and not as professional as the rest of the staff, so I chalked up to a bad day or bad attitude.  Everyone else was great!  Would recommend to family and friends and will be having my other bathrooms done as well in the near future.

I was very pleased. I thought they did a good job. They came when they said they would. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves.

I think we may have been one of their first clients. There are a few seams that need to be repaired that I will be calling them about.

It went very well. With Juliette's help, I picked a color that surprised me but that ended up looking wonderful. The installation was very professional, and the counter, sink and faucet look great.
