This company had a sale for $49 cleaning of existing units so I booked an appointment. Terence was on time, very friendly and very informative. He took the time to educate me on aspects of my unit that I was not familiar with, as well as discussing options for my old AC and Furnace. He was able to give me a quote during my appointment for various new unit options. Prices included installation. He suggested additions to make my system more efficient and clean. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I would definitely recommend this company and Terence.

I called Golden Heating because my furnace quit working. It was the day before a holiday and I had called several other companies who were all too busy.  They sent a service guy out right away. He looked at the furnace and showed me what was wrong and what it would cost to fix it.  It seemed reasonable and there were not a bunch of charges for extra things. He said he could go get the part and be back later in the day.  I talked to my husband after he left and we decided that we just wanted to replace the furnace since it was so old. I called the office again and said we wanted a new furnace instead. They were able quote me a price over the phone and I was surprised at how reasonable it seemed. Two hours later two service guys showed back up with a new furnace and by the end of the day they were done. Everyone was so polite and professional. I never felt like they were charging me for things I didn't need. I was really the best service I have ever had for something like that.

Brian originally installed a new furnace and A/C unit in a renovated house. After less than one year the furnace and A/C stopped working. Brian came by to trouble shoot the issue and told me that an incorrectly installed thermostat after original installation was the issue. This was not the issue. Brian has not returned my multiple phone calls in over a month. I just had to pay another repair company $300 to fix incorrectly installed wiring (at the furnace connection, not the thermostat) and charge the A/C unit (which was never charged correctly during initial installation). All of which should have been covered under the original warranty.I do multiple rental properties with multiple partners. Their prices are reasonable, however, we have all stopped using Golden Heating and Air due to lack of communication on warranty issues.

The proprietor's name is Bryan Dwinal. He is fantastic. I have used him for years. His honesty, price, and punctuality is all fantastic. He is extremely efficient. He has great customer service. He has very fair installation charges compared to his competitors.
