Missing: reviews ‎| Show results with: reviews Paul Schanno 3 reviews 2 months ago On June 23, 2023 my wife and I purchased a new combination heating and air conditioning system from Express Pros located at 5015 Ward Road in Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033. The sales representative, Josh, was very polite and explained everything quite well. The system we purchased is an Amana Heating and air conditioning system that cost us $23,659 and was suppose to be a very good unit with a ten year warranty and is the right size for our house. The Express Pros team came to our house and spent several days installing this new system. The system we were supposed to receive was not available so they installed a system that is the next size larger. They did a beautiful job of installing the system, but agreed to come out in a few months and add a couple more vents to accommodate this larger system. However, the air conditioning did not work properly so they had to stay a few days longer to trouble shoot the system. This developed into a couple of months of trouble shooting the problems trying to find out why the system would only work a short time and then fail. They replaced almost every one of the major components of the system before they got the A/C to work. When it was time to use the heating system, it failed to put out any heat. That was two months ago. My wife texted the installer on November 27, 2023 to find out when the tech would come check the system. He came here on November 30 and checked the system. That was when he determined they had installed the wrong thermostat and said he would order the right one. On December 22 we had not heard from him so my wife messaged him about the thermostat. He agreed to call the company to find out about the delay. She messaged him again on December 23 and he replied saying the Amana distributor claimed they sent the correct thermostat directly to our house. We never received anything in the mail from the Amana distribution company. Now they blame each other for the problem while we have been left sitting here for over 230 days with a $23,659 product that does not work. My wife and I are both senior citizens with partial disabilities and living on a fixed income. We saved our money for a long time to get this system and are very disgusted with the poor quality system and the company that sold it to us. We need help. We feel cheated. We would like to have a heating air conditioning system that works instead of this $23,569 headache

Great job.  I was wary due to some poor grades they had received but I was impressed with the service.  Jacob and his assistant arrived on time and did a full inspection and tuneup of my AC system.  They pointed out improvements I might consider without any hard-sell.  They cleaned up after themselves and even took some insulation away I'd removed during the inspection. I'll keep them on my list to call with any HVAC problems. 

AC still didn't work, had to call in another electrician/heating and cooling company who fixed the breaker box and said system was fully charged.

They were professional and didn't leave a mess. I felt they were affordable and haven't had to call them since so I am very happy.

Every place around that I called wanted to charge me a considerably higher price.  They are definitely a contender for the service.  The invoices are always correct and clear.  They are professional and pleasant to work with.  I called around to other service companies, but this company did a great job and the price is very competitive.

These guys are sort of a one-stop shop.  They do a great job and I have used them several times.  They bring in a little vacuum and clean up after themselves.  They have a higher level of professionalism and customer service.  Any time I need something, I just call this company.  When I called around, other companies wanted to charge me around $1400.00.  This company knocked off around $500.00 right away.  They are very competitively priced and I will continue to use their service.

Horrible!!!!  I had to get my son-in-law to clean the a/c unit. There was an inch of crud on the a/c coils and the technician they sent out insisted that he cleaned it.  You can't clean something like that in fifteen minutes.  My son-in-law spent the good part of a morning taking it apart and cleaning it.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

I had a great overall experience with Express Pro's. They where punctual, clean, and gave me the price in writing before the did any work.  I will definitley use these guys again in the future and highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.
