Disappointing and Expectations Not met to My Satisfaction! This is my opinion of the treatment that I received from this group of Doctors and Medical Personnel, after signing up for the ED Treatment was told that this new procedure was the finest and most productive of all treatments. signed on and after a few treatments realized that it was not working for me, tried many, many times to call the Dr. that sold me the program however he was always, out of town, not available, at a conference as it seemed to me once he signed me up basically disappeared and would never return my voicemails or requests to have him contact me. Treatment was always given by a lower lever medical assistant whose position there was never fully disclosed. It was only after I requested a refund that I heard back from their office. Disputing the Charge, rather that make a dissatisfied client happy and let me move on they are holding me hostage to pay them the thousands of dollars they initially requested. I would think that in this day and age a company's reputation to keep their clients happy far out weighs the few dollars that the damage negative publicity can do! Now that this form of technology treatment has been honed and the many Men's Clinics that are offering it along with money back guarantees it would seem fitting that Evolution Medical would Evolve into a pattern of making Clients Happy and not holding them hostage to payments for services that for me just didn't work. I want to make it clear that this is my experience and believe that they had multiple opportunities to make things right and failed to do so...
