Description of Work: I paid 12,000 to have four furnaces installed in my four-plex. At the time I purchased them, I felt pressured to do so, as they said they would shut down my present furnaces and would charge me $1,200 for a cleaning fee for them, even though they weren't going to actually clean them. ( I later found out how much I had over-spent for these particular new furnaces - NOT top of the line, by any means). One furnace in particular goes out all the time. Every year I have to call someone to come out and get it working again. I have tried to get ahold of Dunlap, and have asked to have a different furnace put in, as this one seems to be a lemon, but now I can't even get ahold of them. Out of business? Lets hope so!! I hate to write a negative review, but this company is NOT one I would ever recommend. See comments on Google! I am not alone. :(

 + -1 moreIt took two trips. First serviceman cleaned drain. then a few days later it clogged again. Second serviceman came out right away. Seems older neighborhoods of Denver homes have TWO drains, one for bath waste and one for kitchen waste. He got both drains cleaned out and even told me how to keep grease from collecting again. It's beem a few years now with no problems. Dunlap has a guarantee with their work, so I didn't hesitate to call them to get back here. I was very pleased with their response (no questions asked except "when can we get back out to your house." Both guys were very friendly and knowageable. One just knew about that other drain.
Description of Work: Dunlap unclogged my main waste drain to the street. I was very pleased.

 + -1 moreMy husband tried to repair the unit and had some wires disconnected when the serviceman showed up. The serviceman was very rude and to the point that we didn't want to continue the work with them. We did pay the service charge, but the only thing he did was open his mouth.
Description of Work: They came out to try to repair our the air conditioning unit in our home.

 + -1 moreI called on a Monday night and left a message (our swamp cooler was not cutting the 100 degree heat) Carol called back Tuesday morning and they had a representative at the house Tuesday evening to give me a quote. They began installing the air conditioner and heater on that Friday morning @ 9:00 AM. They worked all day until about 8:00 PM. I had air conditioning that evening! They had to come back on Tuesday to finish up small details and remove the swamp cooler from the roof.
Description of Work: Air conditioning and heating unit installed and a downflow evaporative cooler (swamp cooler) removed.
