The crew showed up on time and were very professional, we reviewed what was to be done and they went to work. They were friendly and answered any questions that I had knowledgeable. They made sure that I was happy with the work that was done.
They cleaned up the work areas beyond my expectations.

Lou and his team were excellent.  Showed up on time.  Quick walk around to review their quote and cover specifics.  Then they got to work.  Lou and another gentleman climbed the trees with an extension ladder and ropes with a harness.  Their job was to thin out the trees.  My goal was to have the dead branches removed and thin out the tree to reduce the likelihood of wind or snow damage.  Two more gentlemen stayed on the ground and took all the cutoffs to the shredder/chipper.  They also raked behind themselves.  So after 7 hours of hand sawing, loping, chainsawing, raking, shredding, and chipping, my trees are pruned and thinned.  They did a great job.  Trees look great.  They were careful to ask before trimming too much.  They cleaned up the yard very well.  All of the crew were professional and hard working.  I couldn't have asked for a better job done.  Coordination was little strange in that the company didn't want to set an appointment right off the bat but after explaining that I needed to take time off of work so that I could be home, the owner called back and set a date that worked for both of us.  Overall, excellent experience.
