Doug obtained all necessary auto parts and had car completed on-time and in top condition. Doug is a very pleasant person and easy to work with.

Second thorough check discovered hose leading into gas tank was corroded from the inside. Not every mechanic would do such a thorough check to make sure everything was working properly

We really like Doug's Automotive. We feel that they are honest and always do only the work that is needed for the vehicle. This time we only needed an oil change, but they let us know that some other things would need attention in the near future. Doug is great about giving estimates for work and will always return any replaced parts if you request it. They prefer new parts to rebuilt, but Doug is willing to work with you or will explain what is being done in terms you can understand. Both Doug and Fran are courteous, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

When we failed emissions inspection we were happy to learn Doug?s shop is listed in the Air Care Colorado Emissions Repair Guide. We?ve used Doug?s Automotive before and have always been happy with the results. When he fixes things they stay fixed. He idnetified and fixed the emissions problem and also did some other work we had been putting off for a while at the same time. Doug was flexible with us in order to schedule the repairs around our busy schedule. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and does good work.

He did a great job at a fair price and he did it fast. I trust him.

We have used Doug many times. I asked for a quote for a brake job on my 3/4 ton pickup. I also got a quote from Just Brakes. Doug's quote was $480, their's was $240. I took it to Just Brakes and they said that there were other problems and it would cost $679. I took it to Doug's and he said that there were no other problems and did the job for eactly what he quoted. A different time my wifes car needed a fuel pump which required dropping the tank. He did it for much less than the dealer. Later there was a problem which turned out not be his fault, but he still fixed it for free. He said, "We were the last to touch it so it's on us, period."

Doug was very professional on the phone and in person. After the oil change, he noted that my vehicle's tie rod was loose and the vehicle was dangerous to drive. He gave me a quote to replace it and align the front end. I called back to see how much he would charge for rotating the tires also. He included that into the quote. I went back the following Tuesday to have the repair work done. I was very impressed at their customer service and friendliness. I would highly recommend his auto service.
