Excellent. Paul is very responsive. He answers his phone, follows up quickly, showed up when he said he would. He is very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I believe his charge Was appropriate for the work done.

We were so pleased with how down to earth and authentic Dicks Mechanical does business. They are not slick or fancy. They are old school, hard working guys who don't play games. It was refreshing to feel we weren't paying for advertising, websites, upscale brochures and presentations on laptops and catalogs like some other companies put us through. The prices at Dicks were reasonable because they keep it real. We expect our new furnace and a/c to work great based on the problem free installation and professional meetings with the guys at Dicks so far.
