Everything went really well. I contacted them through Angie's List, and they returned my calls promptly. They showed up on time to give the estimate. They talked about other windows they could replace as a future project, as well. They actually came by my place of work to provide me some window samples to choose from. The order came in on time, and the installation was done on time. I had no problems with the installation.

I thought they were very fast and was impressed with how everything went from beginning to end. They were very informative and gave great advice about purchasing quality windows that fit our need and our budget. There was NO pressure from this company at all. Another company we got information from was very high pressure selling and we really appreciated that Cooper Windows did not pressure sell in any way.

Excellent. An appointment was scheduled to measure and choose the window. He arrived on time and the window was ordered. He called a couple of times to keep us updated on the order. When the window arrived, he was able to install it immediately. The installation didn't take much more than an hour. The window looks great and he cleaned everything up and hauled off the old window.
