I was told that the pick up location is a bit out of their territory but they agreed to do it anyway. Due to a miscommunication between my son and I, we arrived at the vehicle 20 minutes after the driver showed up at the vehicle. Although the driver had every right to charge a wait fee, he'd didn't. I would definitely call Connolly's again. They showed up when they were supposed to, charge a decent price, and their driver was a cool dude. I've contracted with Connolly's before and had a good experience each time considering the situation.

Called Connolly's at approximately 10:00 am on a Thursday morning asking for a tow from 80th & Wadsworth to a repair shop in Broomfield as soon as possible. Driver arrived at my disabled car within 20 minutes of the phone call, tried to trouble shoot and get the car started, loaded my car up and towed it to the repair shop. Driver was courteous and professional.

Called on Sunday afternoon to get my car towed from where it quit on I-70 near Lookout Mtn to the repair shop I use in Wheat Ridge.
I had previously tried to contact another tow service recommended by my repair shop, but only got voice mail and no return call after 4 hours.
So I tried Connolly's. They answered immediately, had the truck meet me at the car within 30 minutes, loaded my vehicle and followed me to the repair shop.
They were prompt, courteous, and professional, and the price was what I expected.

I THINK THE POLICE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE NO ONE ASKED ME WHO I WANTED TO TOW MY CAR AWAY. I THINK I SHOULD BE ASKED. THESE PEOPLE HAVE A LOT OF RULES AND REGULATIONS ABOUT GETTING YOUR VEHICLE BACK FROM THEM.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH CONNOLLY WAS OK, THEY SHOWED UP IN A TIMELY MANNER AND TOWED MY JETTA SAFELY AND QUICKLY TO WHERE I NEEDED IT TO BE. THE DRIVER WAS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.
