COMFORT ZONE SERVICES INC

As summer rolled around again we had thought of installing an A/C in our house. Previous years we decided to pass until the spring of 2007. The mercury was rising and my wife was pregnant with our first child. We called Comfort Zone for a bid. They were able to squeeze us in on our time; after normal business hours. Zach went through the original builders specs and then completed a heat calc. He then scheduled with us to sit down and go through the different types of A/C units. There was no pressure to purchase a certain manufacturers unit, he presented all units and explained pros and cons of each. After reviewing all the information for a couple of weeks we called to schedule the install. By this time, summer was in full swing and they were very busy. I explained that my wife was pregnant and uncomfortable. Zach called us back the following day and explained that he would be able to get a couple of guys out in 2 to 3 days and install the unit after their normal business hours over 2 days (after 5:00pm) we agreed and signed the contract. Comfort Zone sent 2 guys out and installed our unit over 2 days/evenings. The installation was very professional and clean. I had forgotten to tell Zach that we were having our basement finished and the guys to run the lines for the outside unit to the furnace in a different location. With out hesitation they rerouted the linens. It was great to have air conditioning in our house within a reasonable amount of time and well within our budget. About 30 - 45 days after our unit was installed we ran into a problem of the unit outside running all the time and warm air coming from the vents. We called Comfort Zone explained the problem and they sent a technician out that afternoon to fix the problem. We have not had any problems since. My wife and I would like to say thank you to Zach and all the employees at Comfort Zone for all of their hard work.

THIS COMPANY WAS ACCOMMODATING WHEN THEY NEEDED TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CONCRETE COMPANY FOR THE PLACEMENT OF THE A/C UNIT. THEIR COOPERATION, PROFESSIONALISM AND QUALITY OF WORK WAS APPRECIATED.
