The scheduling was done on line, which was pretty neat. Everything went very smoothly. My appointment was for between the hours of 9 and 11 AM on my scheduled day. He called in advance to let me know that he would get to my house at around 10 AM. He arrived on time and worked quickly. He did a great job on my dirty carpets. It had been 2 years since I had had them cleaned and there were spots everywhere. The carpet looked beautiful when he finished and the job was done in no time. This was the best carpet cleaning experience I've had. I would certainly use them again. As he was leaving, I asked if he had a card and he said he was a paperless company and would email about 4 times a year with news and specials. I thought that was pretty great as well. All in all, I was very satisfied with this experience.
Description of Work: I bought a Living Social deal for carpet cleaning, 2 rooms up to 300 sq ft each, for $47.00. I had him clean my living room and bedroom. Both were pretty dirty with spots everywhere. I had never used this company before, but for the price decided to give them a try.
