CHEM-DRY TOWN & COUNTRY

Chem Dry came to my house the first time, (about 20 minutes late), and cleaned my carpets. While cleaning, the tech said he did not bring the right materials including a special liquid that would help get out spots, and a better machine that he couldn't use because he didn't realize it was on the top floor (even though I told that to the person I called). After he left, I noticed the floors looked almost exactly the same, so I called ChemDry to come out and look at the floors again. They agreed to a time and on that date did not show up. I called again and they apologized and set-up another time to come out. However, on that day, they called me to tell me they would be 45 minutes late. I had already taken off that afternoon (as well as the afternoon for the first cleaning, and for the subsequently missed date). I went home and waited, and they called again to tell me they would be late. At this point I told them to forget about it, and called the manager. He wanted to set up another meeting, but I simply asked for my money back. He asked me to take out more of my time to set up another meeting (this would have been the 4th time), or to send him pictures of my carpet to show him the spots they missed. I refused and said I'd already spent enough time accommodating them, and I asked him again for my money back. He asked me if I was "human." At this point I became very upset and naturally demanded my money back. They eventually gave me my money back, which was fair, but only after all of that hassle. I would not recommend this company.

I have always had a good experience the service people that they send. They are professional and hard-working. They ask questions about what needs to be done so we are all on same page. We just moved into the house and the carpets looked worse than expected once the previous owners were out. After the cleaning, it felt like new again. The only negative for the company is I feel like their prices are high. But because I like the process and feel like it gets the carpets so much cleaner than other ways of cleaning, I feel it was worth it.

They arrived slightly late due to other location problems. Communication was good. Work crew was very friendly and professional. Took great care around furniture, and were fast and efficient.

They do excellent work. I always use them, and I have told several of my friends about them. If they can't get a stain out, they will send out a stain specialist to look at the stain and determine the best way to get it out.

Aaron and Jesse did a great job. They arrived within the time frame quoted, looked and acted professional, and did a thorough job. I had marked some stains and they were able to get them all out - even a big coffee stain on our cream-colored carpet. The job took about an hour and the carpets were pretty much dry (and soft, not crunchy!) in less than two hours. I have tried many different carpet cleaning companies but I won't be trying any more. I will keep calling Chem-Dry Town & Country!

Chem-Dry does a great job on carpet cleaning. They run decent specials too. I am satisfied with their services and I would surely consider using them in the future if they are running a great special. They did a great job for me so I would continue to give them business.

Excellent job, they were prompt. They were careful with equipment around the house. They were polite, and thorough.

We were very pleased with the work done by this vendor. He was gracious in his demeanor, & handled his duties carefully & completely. He also provided good advice for future reference.
